\nSYNSPECIES is the outcome of several long discussions and conceptual drifts regarding virtual audiovisual objects, digital art paradigms, and narrative exploration. \nEl\u00edas Merino is a composer and sound artist based in Madrid. His practice includes installation, composition and live performance. Merino works in the fields of abstract and algorithmic computer music, contemporary electronics and instrumental music.<\/p>\n
\nTadej Droljc is a Slovenian artist and creative coder working at the intersection of sound, image and light. He has been awarded the Lumen Prize Student Award, the Dennis Smalley Scholarship in Electroacoustic Music and the Most Promising Video Artist Award at Madatac (Madrid).<\/p>\n
