Taking the title-question as a starting point, this conversation gathers students, researchers, and intercultural mediators to explore what it means to live between heritage and futures in construction. Grounded in three distinct positions \u2014 the university, organisations working with migrant communities, and research on culture and memory \u2014 the panel attempts to understand how inherited pasts continue to operate in the present: within individual trajectories, within structures that support or limit us, and within the cultural, social, or emotional spaces where we imagine what can still be built.<\/p>\n
