hackfordemocracy25A
In the context of the 50th anniversary of the April Revolution, we will challenge 200 young people to take part in an interdisciplinary and creative Hackathon, with the aim of designing innovative solutions that foster their civic engagement and promote the values of equality, diversity and non-discrimination, which can help ensure that democracy remains solid and in line with European values in an increasingly digital world.
This action is part of the action plan of the EU Digital Deal project, which aims to explore, with the collaboration of 13 European partners, the direct impact of digital change and the rapid acceleration it brings, as well as cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and algorithmic processes, on our European values and the integrity of our democratic systems.
