João Lurie is a piece of ten vignettes composed of ten short films that record the creation, manipulation and transformation of images. They describe a film that does not exist, about someone who might be the musician, painter and director John Lurie, overlaid by music from a parallel reality, a diffuse memory of ten non-songs that never existed.
Formed by Jorge Coelho, on guitar, Jorge Queijo, on drums, and João Guedes, on images, Ry Vuh is a radical group working on beauty.
