Good dates are worth repeating. The first one was on “Umbrae” a song from Drifter, First Breath After Coma’s second album. Later, in the summer of 2019, Bons Sons Festival challenged Noiserv and First Breath After Coma to prepare a joint concert, where they would deconstruct and reconstruct songs from each other, crossing their sound universes. From this meeting came a live record, released limitedly on vinyl, as a celebration of the successful rapport between Noiserv and the band from Leiria. The complicity between them is now back on stage, with a tour of three unique dates, among which is Braga.
First Breath After Coma debuted in 2012 and immediately gained a prominent place in the new national music. With three albums released and four European tours, they have accumulated several stages and differentiated projects such as a joint concert with a symphonic band or a 24-hour non-stop performance. As a result, they have guaranteed a remarkable and growing cult following.
With over 500 concerts in Portugal and abroad, Noiserv known as the “orchestra man” has a career marked by composition and musical interpretation of themes that travel between memory, dream, and reality. The solo project of David Santos, who is also a member of the band You Can’t Win, Charlie Brown, has already released five albums: One Hundred Miles from Thoughtlessness (2008), A Day in the Day of the Days EP (2010), Almost Visible Orchestra (2013), 00:00:00:00 (2016) and A Word Begun by N (2020), nominated for IMPALA’s best European independent music album award.
