Thursdays in August are once again cinema nights at the gnration’s outside patio. In 2025, this programme by director Eduardo Brito presents four films- A Vítima do Medo (7 August), On Falling (14 August), 24 Frames (21 August), and Cinco da Tarde (28 August).

Anabel, lived by Bárbara Luz, is a 19-year-old girl who is trying to assimilate the pain and learn to cope with her grandmother’s death. At the same time, she begins to get closer to a shy young neighbour, Meiko, played by Sharon Chou. Little by little, this simple connection reveals hidden feelings and unlikely similarities between the two. On returning to her grandmother’s flat, Anabel encounters a strange presence that makes her realise the moment she is going through.
