almoço cachupa: chef ana teresa correia + dj chipula
Gastronomy as a territory of memory and sharing. As part of the Porta do Comer project by Braga 25, chef Ana Teresa Correia – a native of Santiago Island, Cape Verde, and currently based in Braga – is responsible for the PARAÍSO menu. The proposal focuses on tradition, featuring cachupa rica and a vegetarian option, in a community lunch that invites active listening around the table. The moment will be accompanied by musical curation from the Angolan DJ Chipula.
Lunch is free, but subject to prior registration via participacao@theatrocirco.com.
supported by portuguese republic – culture, youth and sports / general direction of the arts / network of portuguese theaters and cinemas (rtcp). portuguese contemporary art network (rpac).
