With the aim of fostering local artistic creation, gnration, CAAA Centro para os Assuntos da Arte e Arquitectura and Solar – Galeria de Arte Cinemática come together to promote the twelfth edition of Laboratórios de Verão, a programme supporting local artistic creation. Following an open call held at the beginning of the year, four proposals were selected and are presented in the now regular Laboratórios de Verão exhibition. This year, curatorial guidance is led by artist, curator and researcher Filipa Valente.

As part of the Noite Branca programme at gnration, and resulting from an artistic residency within the context of Laboratórios de Verão, double bassist Maria Amaro and visual artist Calgon present ENTRE-LINHAS, an unrepeatable and constantly changing performance in which music and analogue video feed into one another.
